SEIU-sponsored Homecare Report recommends system improvements

Three well-respected health policy experts, Patricia Baranek, an Ass't Prof in the Dept of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the U of T; (the late) Marion Dewar, a public health nurse by profession, a former mayor of Ottawa and MP; and Carol Kushner, a health policy analyst and author, crossed the province in June to hear from patients, family members, seniors and advocacy groups on home care reform in Ontario
