Tired of low wages? Fed up with understaffing? Worried about funding cuts? Then you should do something about it!

SEIU Local 1 Canada is looking for leaders to step up to the plate and work towards positive change in our workplaces, our communities and in our provincial government.

Join SEIU at a conference on June 23-25 in the Toronto area for a life-changing experience! We need SEIU members who are dedicated to speaking out on issues that are important to healthcare workers and SEIU members.

SEIU members who attend the conference will learn how to put pressure on our political leaders in Ontario to focus on strengthening our healthcare system. A provincial election is coming up this year and SEIU needs leaders who are willing to stand up in their workplaces and their communities and advance the Healthcare Agenda!

You can fill out an application to attend by filing out the application form.

The deadline for applying is May 12, 2011. Members who are selected to attend will be notified by phone or email after May 13.
